I purchased a set of military hinges and door wires from George Pretty at Surplus Enterprizes and a set of used military soft doors on e-bay. In the summer months, I remove my full doors (which includes disconnecting wiring for power locks, windows, and mirrors). I painted the hinges to match the truck, and used SEM vinyl color coat to color match the doors to the body of the truck (the pictures below have not been updated yet); I run without doors on whenever the weather permits, and the soft doors go on very easily and quickly...
