Nicole and I had a great time meeting new people, and we are hoping to hear from many of you in the near future through NEHOG and future Dobles events.
As you can see, a Ferrari Club was holding an event at the same location - we kept crossing paths at the hotel, and in the parking lot - but for some reason, we never ran into any of them on the trails at all...
I was impressed to see that the owner of that F-50 went so far as to tackle the curb in order to park his car on the grass, though!
Thumbs up from Peter Marston - he's having fun!
One of the guides, Kevin, gives Pete and Kelly some pointers as they three-wheel their way through the pits.
At this angle, Dan and Zach could pretty much look through the open top instead of the windshield if they wanted to.
Our first "stuck" of the day; Kevin overseeing the operation as we gave them a quick tug to get them out of the mire.
Chris talks strategy with Kurlz here; she was temporarily stumped here (pun intended), but not for long... she took on the rest of the trails without a hitch - including one muddy section that required a lot of tenacity.
Chris stayed outside almost long enough to become a human lighting rod - this thunderstorm rolled in FAST and HEAVY! That put an end to our wheeling for the day.
Thanks again to everyone who coordinated and participated in the event - it was a great time.
